Build your practice from the inside out. Utilizing creative visualization and hypnotherapy imagery, we tap into the subconscious to affect an unrestricted sense of relaxation and create change at even deeper levels. Combining the practice of yoga nidra, trans-personal hypnotherapy and restorative yoga postures, this workshop will guide you through a woven tapestry that allows your mind to release and the opportunity for profound healing to occur. You will leave feeling rested and restored, the perfect compliment to any routine with no previous yoga required, and suitable for those looking to take their practice to the next level.
All restorative postures are executed on the floor and utilize props to support complete physical relaxation.
Aminda is a 200hr Yoga Alliance RYT, with additional certifications in Anjali Restorative Yoga and Trans-personal Hypnotherapy.

As we dig into our yoga practice, emotions that are trapped in the body come to the surface for release. The western mind tends to engage, revisit, analyze and reinvigorate these pent up emotions as soon as they surface. In effect, throwing fuel on a destructive and life suppressing fire.
In Yoga N.O.W. workshops you will learn to release and transcend the pain and drama we carry inside (knowingly and unknowingly). You will learn very simple and effective breathing techniques. You will learn feelings awareness and feelings management so that you are managing your feelings instead of them controlling you. You will leave with a greater awareness of your own body and be able to take this experience back with you to ANY other yoga class/practice, taking it to a whole new level! The N.O.W. (Nature's Own Way) method can be applied simply on a moment to moment daily basis, empowering you to more effectively manage your feelings, at the same time increasing your awareness.
The more we empty and release, the more we become our true joyous selves!

Description: Are you Stressed out? Need Emotional or Physical Healing?
If you have never experienced Reiki, are new to Reiki, or are a Reiki Practioner,
you are welcome to attend.
The one-hour session will start with a guided meditation,
followed by a brief explanation of Reiki, then the Reiki Practioners will go around
to each person and take turns giving short Reiki treatments.
